Claudia has led the operation in Carvoeiro. From creating a start up rental business which now has a successful 8-bedroom villa operating as a daily bed and breakfast and a selection of apartments in the heart of Carvoeiro. Her experience from collecting keys at the notary office, locating the properties, building and facilitating the team of lawyers, bankers, accountants, maintenance and clean team, to renovating and fully opening and operating the business has been a dream come true and the seed of where Algarve Perspective began.

Antonio and Nick are the local and skilled go to craftsmen for anything maintenance related. Meticulous, ‘can do’ attitude and all around friendly, multilingual gentlemen always at your service.

 

Tatiana is our dream team leader of the true super hero's of the business 'the clean team'.
